Return and Refund Policy

Digital Products & Programs

All digital products—including training plans, downloadable materials, programs, and online content—are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

Change of mind
Lack of results
Failure to use or complete the product
Scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances

Coaching & Services

Payments for coaching, training services, or consultations are non-refundable.

If a session must be rescheduled, reasonable notice is required. Missed or canceled sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective
Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery
